With apologies to Robert Browning.

Oh, to be in England
Now that April’s there,
And whoever wakes in England
Sees, some morning, unaware,
That the lowest boughs and the brushwood sheaf
Round the elm-tree bole are in tiny leaf,
While the chaffinch sings on the orchard bough……
Are gone!
What’s that housing estate doing there?
If you don’t want this to happen you must write more letters. Written before? Write again, ask everyone you know- give the dog a biro. We need to apply as much pressure as we can to prevent this happening.
Write as a matter of URGENCY to Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation as well as Angela Smith MP.
Don’t worry about writing a long letter – just stick to the facts that you don’t want any development on Corringham Green Belt.
Make your voice heard and pass on this message to everyone you know. And please keep asking new people to sign our on-line petition.
